When traveling to the USA, staying connected to your data is important for most travellers.   Our survey and contest are designed to get a better understanding of your travel communications needs and requirements in order to improve our products and services for all guests visiting the USA from abroad.

Terms and Conditions of Survey Completion and Contest Entry
 
THAT Travel Solution Mobile, LLC and SmartSIM USA are conducting a survey to gather feedback from our users and potential users.
 
As a token of appreciation for your participation, we are offering a complimentary eSIM All Access Pass by SmartSIM USA that provides VIP access to receive 50% off or more on unlimited eSIM-compatible airtime plans powered by TMobile. Each eSIM All Access Pass is eligible for assignment to one GSM & eSIM-compatible smartphone and is valid for as long as you own the device.
 
All completed survey submissions will also be automatically entered for an opportunity to enter a contest to win our Grand Prize or one of our Four (4) Standard Prizes:

Four (4) SmartSIM USA Base Prize Draws will be awarded to four (4) randomly selected survey participants and will be announced on March 31, 2025 on the SmartSIM USA Facebook Page (https://www.facebook.com/smartsimusa).   

All Prize Draw Winners will also be notified via the email address provided at the time of survey submission. 

By participating in the survey and contest, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
 
Eligibility
  • The survey and contest are open to individuals 18 years or older, and  must be residents of any of the following countries:
    • Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bermuda, Canada, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, New Zealand, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, United States
  • Employees of THAT Travel Solution Mobile, LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, or any travel, advertising, and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members, and employees of any company that promotes or distributes SmartSIM USA products or services and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
Survey Completion
  • To participate, you must complete the online survey in its entirety.
  • The survey must be completed no later than 11:59 pm USA Eastern Standard Time
  • Only one survey completion per person is allowed.
  • All participants will receive a redemption code to obtain one complimentary eSIM All Access Pass by SmartSIM USA that provides VIP access to receive 50% off or more on unlimited eSIM-compatible airtime plans powered by TMobile.  Each eSIM All Access Pass is eligible for assignment to one GSM & eSIM-compatible smartphone and is valid for as long as you own the device.
Contest Entry
Upon completing the survey, you will be automatically entered into the contest, and you also will receive a promotional code redeemable for one (1) complimentary eSIM All Access Pass with a retail value of USD $19.99.
  • One (1)  winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the contest period and will receive the SmartSIM USA Grand Prize Draw package valued at up to USD $625.95.
  • Four (4) winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the contest period and will receive the SmartSIM USA Base Prize Draw packages valued at up to USD $376.95.

Contest Period

  • The contest begins at 12:00 am USA Eastern Standard Time on February 20, 2025, and promptly ends at 11:59 pm USA Eastern Standard Time on March 31, 2025.
  • The winners will be notified via email within seven (7) business days of the contest end date.
Complimentary Gifts, Promotions and Prizes
  • The SmartSIM USA Grand Prize Draw consists of:
    • One (1) $250.00 USD Visa Gift Card for use in the USA
    • One (1) VIP Shop & Dine 4Less Card Lifetime Rewards
    • Four (4) eSIM All Access Passes (or physical sims)
    • Four (4) Fifteen (15) Day Unlimited USA Talk, Unlimited International Text, and Unlimited 5G Data Plans from SmartSIM USA.

  • The SmartSIM USA Base Prize Draws each consist of:

    • One (1) VIP Shop & Dine 4Less Card Lifetime Rewards
    • Four (4) eSIM All Access Passes (or physical sims)
    • Four (4) Fifteen (15) Day Unlimited USA Talk, Unlimited International Text, and Unlimited 5G Data Plans from SmartSIM USA
  • All complimentary gifts, promotions, and prizes must be redeemed and scheduled for initial use before December 31, 2026.
  • All complimentary gifts, promotions, and prizes are subject to standard terms of use set forth at the time of use or redemption.
  • The gifts, promotions, and prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. 
Winner Selection and Notification
  • The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the contest period.
  • The winners will be notified via email within seven (7) business days of the contest end date.
  • If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within seven (7) business days of being notified by email, all rights will be automatically forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected at the discretion of the Company.
  • THAT Travel Solution, LLC, and SmartSIM USA shall not be held responsible for any untimely responses or other failures by any participant to respond to notifications sent to the email address submitted by the participant.
General Conditions
  • By participating in the survey and contest, you agree to release and hold harmless THAT Travel Solution Mobile, LLC, SmartSIM USA, its parent companies, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind.
  • THAT Travel Solution Mobile, LLC, SmartSIM USA, and its parent companies reserve the right to modify or terminate the survey and contest at any time without notice.
  • By participating, you agree to THAT Travel Solution Mobile, LLC’s, SmartSIM USA’s, and its parent companies’ use of your email address and other personal information for the purpose of administering the survey and contest.
Governing Law
  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
  • Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Data Privacy and Sharing
We take data privacy seriously and are committed to protecting your personal information. We may share your data with our subsidiaries, partners, and affiliates:
  • To provide, facilitate, and improve our services
  • To facilitate communication and collaboration
  • To comply with legal obligations
When sharing data, we ensure that our subsidiaries, partners, and affiliates adhere to our data privacy policies and applicable data protection laws. By using our services, you consent to the sharing of your data as outlined above.
We do not sell or trade your personal data with third parties for marketing or other purposes without your explicit consent.
