What Happens Next?
On the morning of your start/arrival date, we will send you an email with your assigned USA phone number, a scannable QR code, and simple instructions to complete your connection upon arrival in the USA.
For devices that allow acceptance of push notifications, we will also send your eSIM directly to your device for quick acceptance in your Notifications Center.
There’s a few ways to setup your eSIM
For ESIM Setup via QR code: Upon arrival in the USA, connect to Wi-Fi and scan the QR code that we will email to you on your start/arrival date, and accept the eSIM by following the onscreen instructions on your phone
For Setup via notification pushed to your phone: Upon arrival in the USA, connect to Wi-Fi and accept the eSIM by following the onscreen instructions on your phone or simply follow the steps for your device below to connect your eSIM directly from your phone's SIM Manager settings.
For Apple iPhone: You can activate your eSIM from the device Settings > Cellular.
Didn't get a prompt or choose to activate later? During the initial setup, you'll be prompted to activate an eSIM.
For Samsung Phones: During initial setup, you'll be prompted to activate an eSIM. Settings > Connections > SIM manager > Add eSIM.
For Google Phones:
- Upon arrival in the USA, make sure you're connected to Wi-Fi and choose to Download your eSIM when you're setting up the device.
- If you’ve already completed setup, select Settings> Network & Internet, then choose the +icon to add a SIM. Select Download your SIM and follow the steps to activate your T-Mobile eSIM.
For Other Phones:
- Upon arrival in the USA, connect to Wi-Fi and scan the QR code. Check in Settings > Network & Internet> Mobile Network for most Androids.

T-Mobile eSIM Device Setup and Support
If you've already set up your Phone and are connected to Wi-Fi, your Phone will prompt you when the T-Mobile Cellular Plan is ready to be installed.
- Upon Arrival in the USA, insert your Physical SIM provided by us into an available SIM slot in your phone.
- Restart your device and your phone will automatically be connected to the TMobile network

Don’t have SIM replacement tool, don’t worry, you can use a standard paper clip with release your SIM in most mobile devices.
Unlimited plans can only be pushed live once your payment has been processed and a full device security, compliance, and validation check has been completed. For same-day activations, we will make every effort to expedite these requests, however, we can not guarantee same-day activations, and they may subsequently start on the next day depending on variables outside of our control.
