  • Can I add more days? During the scheduling process, you will have the option to add additional days to your plan at our exclusive VIP discounted rates of £3 or less per additional day
  • How Long is my eSIM All Access Pass valid for?  Once you scheuling your first plan, your eSIM All Access Passes never expire and is valid as long as you own the the device you wish to have activated to any SmartSIM USA Unlimited Airtime Plans. Once provisioned to a specific device, eSIM All Access Passes are not transferable, but may be reactivated any time in the future to any any SmartSIM USA Unlimited Airtime Plan.
  • What if my device is not eSIM compatible?  Each Complete North America redemption code is valid towards optional Physical SIM orders for devices that are not eSIM Compatible, however, shipping & handling fees are not included in this promotional offer and will be billed at a  at the time of checkout confirmation. Please allow approximately 10-14 days for Standard International Delivery of Physical SIMs. Only $4.99 USD Shipping per optional Physical SIM after applied discounts.
  • How Long Are Physical SIMs valid for? Physical SIMs are transferrable between devices, however, once a line has been activated for use on a Physical SIM, if the SIM does not maintain an active Airtime Plan for a period of 30 days or more, for security and compliance purposes, that Physical SIM will automatically be terminated and will not be able to be re-activated after 30 or more days of being inactive on an Airtime Plan.
  • Same-Day Activations for eSIM Compatible Devices:  For all eSIM compatible devices, same-day activation are available and we will always prioritize same day rush activations, however, we highly recommend scheduling your activation start date at least one day prior to your arrival for the best user experience.
  • For Physical SIM devices only:  A minimum of 14 days advanced scheduling is required to ensure timely delivery of your complimentary Physical SIM

What Happens After I Schedule My eSIM All Access Pass Unlimited Airtime Plan?

  1. Immediately after scheduling your unlimited airtime plan, you will receive an email confirmation of your device info and the scheduling details you have submitted.
  2. SmartSIM USA will perform a final device validation check to make sure everything you submitted matches and is accurate.
  3. If everything is good to go, then you will be sent instructions on the morning of your start date/USA arrival to complete your device's connection to your Unlimited plan.
*If any of your device info is incorrect or if your device is determined to not be eSIM compatible, then the SmartSIM USA team will promptly notify you of any discrepancies and provide further instructions specific to your circumstances.   It is extremely important that you promptly respond to any further instructions from SmartSIM USA to avoid unnecessary delays. Providing incorrect information or making changes to your plan after submission, may be subject to standard administrative changes fees. On the Day of Plan Start/USA Arrival

  • On the morning of your start date, our activations team will send you an email notification with your assigned USA Phone Number and final instructions to complete the connection between your device and the TMobile network
  • You will have multiple options to complete the connection:
    1. Via QR to be provided
    2. Via onscreen instructions from your device notification center that will receive an auto-discovery notification from us
    3. Directly via your device SIM center/settings

Connecting My Device to The Network Once You Have Arrive in the USA

  1. Restart device
  2. Turn off Airplane mode
  3. Connect to any Wi-fi network
  4. Scan the QR once you have arrived in the USA, accept eSIM from your device's SIM Settings, or accept eSIM from the device notification center
