Thank you for choosing SmartSIM USA.  We are sorry that you have been affected by the recent travel restrictions and/or delays.

As per the recent announcement by President Trump on March 11, 2020 which enacted travel restrictions from certain European countries (UK and Ireland are currently excluded from travel restrictions as of the time of this notice) to take effect on Friday March 13, 2020 at 12:00am EST, SmartSIM USA shall be enacting the following temporary policy update for all activations made through SmartSIM USA in an effort to best assist and service your travel plan changes.

SmartSIM USA Prepaid Services are non-refundable, however, for any plans already scheduled to activate between March 13, 2020 11:59pm EST through April 11, 2020 at 12:00am EST, any affected European (Currently excluding UK & Ireland) travelers requesting an account credit with SmartSIM USA, may be eligible for full amount paid or partial amount paid to be applied towards future travel airtime plan of equal number of based on the total number of unused days paid prior to March 13, 2020.  For such any plans scheduled for activation in these timeframes, our Account Credit Request From must be completed and submitted for consideration. Any approved account credits will be calculated at a prorated basis based on unused days and for any plans that have already started, line activation fees may also be deducted from any prorated account credits.

The form below MUST be completed and submitted in full detail prior to final determinations or approvals by SmartSIM USA management and will be done so on case by case scenarios until such a time as further clarity has been provided by the USA State Department.  All other terms of your service agreement shall continue remain in full effect.

Upon submission of this form, your airtime plan will be promptly suspended if already started and will be unscheduled for activation if your plan has NOT already started.   Please then allow up to 7 business days for final determinations to be made.  NOTE:  Our goal is to make every effort to work through every request on a case by case scenario in the quickest and most efficient manner possible, however, missing information or incomplete forms will add significant delays to this process.
